2015年8月7日,国务院办公厅印发了《关于加快转变农业发展方式的意见》(下简称“《意见》”)。据了解,这是国家层面首个系统部署转变农业发展方式工作的重要文件。设施农业是我国现代农业建设的重要内容,是我国“菜篮子工程”的重要保障。改革开放以来,在需求拉动、技术推动和政策带动下,我国设施农业发展取得了长足的进步,但是目前仍存在着不少问题。设施农业同时面临着机遇和挑战。《意见》的出台给设施农业又提出新要求,也必将带来新动力。
On August 7, 2015, the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Transformation of Agricultural Development Modes (hereinafter referred to as “opinions”). It is understood that this is the first national-level deployment of an important document in the work of transforming the mode of agricultural development. Facilities agriculture is an important part of the construction of modern agriculture in our country and an important guarantee for China’s “vegetable basket project”. Since the reform and opening up, great achievements have been made in the development of facilities agriculture in China driven by demand pull, technology promotion and policies. However, there are still many problems at present. Facilities Agriculture faces both opportunities and challenges. The promulgation of “Opinions” put forward new requirements for facility agriculture and will surely bring new impetus.
