In this paper, 30 cases of normal fertility and 48 cases of chronic prostatitis (20 cases of fertility in 20 cases, fertility of 28 cases), measured seminal plasma zinc, copper, manganese, iron, selenium, magnesium, Calcium and fructose content. Seminal plasma zinc, magnesium and calcium levels were significantly lower in patients with CP, with diagnostic value. There was no difference in the content of three elements between fertile CP and non-fertile CP, suggesting that this is not the direct cause of infertility. Seminal plasma manganese, copper, iron, selenium and fructose content in each test group differences were not significant. Zinc / fructose ratio in infertile CP was significantly lower than normal. The metal elements in the seminal plasma are negatively correlated with the pH of the semen. In fertile CP, calcium and sperm motility, manganese and sperm motility and copper and sperm count were positively correlated. In fertile CP, selenium and sperm motility, iron and sperm quantity were positively correlated.
