临床上,当病人24小时尿量低于400ml 时称为少尿,低于100或50ml 时称为无尿。因为一般饮食情况下,正常肾脏即使发挥最大浓缩功能,也必需保持尿量不少于400ml,才能维持尿素氮等正常排泄。绝对无尿较少见,一般认为50ml 以下的“尿液”,可能非肾小球滤过而是肾小管分泌所致。急剧出现少尿和无尿,见于多种病因,如急性肾小球肾炎、急性间质性肾炎、结缔组织病肾病、急性肾功能衰竭
