①目的建立简易、实用的生物素-亲和素系统(ABC)的免疫酶染色试验(ABC-IEST)和斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(ABC-Dot-ELISA)的方法,以检测弓形虫病的微量抗体。②方法以全虫和可溶性虫体为抗原,在常规IEST和Dot-ELISA的基础上,加用ABC,观察其特异度和敏感度。③结果ABC-IEST和ABC-Dot-ELISA的特异度和常规法相同,但敏感度有显著提高。④结论ABC法可应用于微量抗体及早期感染的检测。
Objective To establish a simple and practical method for the detection of toxoplasmosis by ABC-IEST and ABC-Dot-ELISA (ABC-Dot-ELISA) Trace antibody. Methods All the worms and soluble parasites as the antigen, based on conventional IEST and Dot-ELISA plus ABC, to observe the specificity and sensitivity. ③ Results The specificity of ABC-IEST and ABC-Dot-ELISA was the same as that of the conventional method, but the sensitivity was significantly increased. ④ Conclusion ABC method can be applied to trace antibody and early detection of infection.
