国家战略是一国领导者或决策者对国家的发展道路和方向及其在世界中的关系定位的预设性谋划。而大国战略则要求一国以大国目标发展自己,以大国地位和态势处理国际关系。纵观历史和现实,凡大国所以成就,无不因战略的提前谋划,并为之持续不懈努力而得。中国因有了毛泽东等领导人,为中国在各个时期规划了相应的国家战略,并形成了基本的大国战略思想体系,奠定了中国的发展和崛起的战略基本点。
National strategy is the premeditated plan of a country’s leader or policymaker to locate the country’s development path and direction and its relations in the world. The strategy of a big country, on the other hand, requires that a country develop itself with the goal of becoming a big nation and handle international relations with its status as a big nation and the situation. Throughout history and reality, all the great powers have achieved success because they made strategic planning in advance and sustained their unremitting efforts. Because of its leaders such as Mao Zedong, China planned corresponding national strategies for various periods of China and formed a basic strategic thinking system for the great powers, laying the strategic starting point for China’s development and rise.
