客轮政委有别于其他船种政委,除了要当好党支部一班人的班长,抓好党建和思想政治工作等常规工作之外,还是客运服务质量管理的第一责任人,同时承担着搞好客船综治维稳、船员稳定、伙食餐饮、多种经营、民兵工作,以及协助船长抓好安全工作的多项职责。这都对客轮政委提出了很高的素质要求。对此,中海客运从提高政治业务素质、强化组织管理、加强制度建设入手,采取有效措施,不断加强和改进客轮政委队伍建设和管理工作。
