增强扫描CT值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的应用价值

目的:探讨增强扫描CT值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择重庆市巴南区中医院自2015年1月至2016年1月收治的溶骨性骨质破坏患者60例,对其临床资料予以回顾性分析,其后将手术前增强CT和术后病理结果进行对比,并探讨增强扫描CT值的应用意义。结果:通过对患者的术后病历分析可知,60例患者中骨巨细胞瘤患者35例,占58.3%,与此同时,对比骨巨细胞瘤和非骨巨细胞瘤患者的CT参数,结果差异呈正相关。结论:在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中,增强扫描CT值有着重要的意义,且最佳参数为95HU,因此,该方法可以作为疾病的诊断手段。 Objective: To investigate the value of enhanced CT in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods: 60 cases of osteolytic bone destruction who were treated in Banan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Banan District of Chongqing from January 2015 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.
