在前一报导中我们曾指出,Fe~Ⅲ不只可以催化过氧化氢氧化邻苯二酚,也可以催化过氧化氢氧化邻苯三酚。继而我们观察到,在弱酸性溶液中,有乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)存在时,Nb~v(Ta~v)也具有类似的催化作用,反应过程中,随着邻苯二酚(或邻苯三酚)的氧化产物(有色物质)浓度的增加,溶液颜色慢慢由无色→黄色→橙色→橙红色不断加深。本文采用光电比色法研究了铌(V)-邻苯三酚-过氧化氢-乙二胺四乙酸体系发生催化反应的条件及其在分析化学中应用的可能性。
We have pointed out in the previous report that Fe ~ III can not only catalyze the hydroperoxide oxidation of catechol, but also catalyze the oxidation of pyrogallol by hydrogen peroxide. Then we observe that Nb ~ v (Ta ~ v) also has similar catalysis in the presence of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) in weakly acidic solution. With the reaction of catechol (or Pyrogallol) oxidation products (colored material) concentration increases, the color of the solution slowly from colorless → yellow → orange → orange red deepening. In this paper, the conditions of the catalytic reaction of niobium (V) -pyrogallol-hydrogen peroxide-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid system and the possibility of its application in analytical chemistry were studied by photoelectric colorimetric method.
