古训曰:“郡县治,天下安”。县域经济是国民经济的重要支撑力量。为响应党的十七大提出的“壮大县域经济”的明确号召,贯彻国家大力发展县域经济的战略指导思想,落实湖南省委、省政府扩大县域经济规模、提升县域经济发展水平的指示精神,省财政厅和省社会科学院组织编辑本书,以期为湖南县域经济的进一步发展集中智慧、积累经验和激发能量。在编辑过程中,我们收到了全省各地的来稿100多篇,鉴于篇幅的限制,经专家审定,
Ancient saying: “County County, the world security ”. County economy is an important supporting force of the national economy. In the editing process, we received contributions from over 100 articles from all parts of the province. Due to the limitation of space and the approval of the experts,
