被告人舒良妹,男,39岁,原系江西省南昌县人民武装部参谋。被告人舒文森,男,52岁,原系上海铁路局工业总公司南昌机修厂主任调度员。1994年11月29日南昌县人民检察院对被告人舒良妹、舒文森涉嫌受贿、介绍贿赂、伪造公文一案立案侦查,1995年4月30日报送南昌市人民检察院审查起诉。1995年5月31日南昌市人民检察院向南昌市中级人民法院提起公诉。起诉书认定案件事实如下:1990年初至1994年初,被告人舒良抹在南昌县征兵办公室工作期间,利用职务之便,经被告人舒文森介绍,共收受适龄青年家属贿赂款人民币40.4万元。被告人舒良妹实得贿赂款人民币23.5万元。舒良妹接受贿赂的青年64人,全部应征入伍。
Defendant Shu Liangmei, male, 39 years old, was originally a member of the People’s Armed Forces Department of Nanchang County, Jiangxi Province. Defendant Shu Wensen, male, 52 years old, was originally the dispatcher of Nanchang Machine Factory, Shanghai Railway Administration Industrial Corporation. On November 29, 1994, Nanchang County People’s Procuratorate filed a case investigation on the defendants Shu Liangmei and Shu Wensen for accepting bribes, introducing bribes and forging documents, and submitted them to Nanchang People’s Procuratorate for examination and prosecution on April 30, 1995. On May 31, 1995, Nanchang People’s Procuratorate filed a public prosecution in Nanchang Intermediate People’s Court. The facts of the indictment were as follows: From early 1990 to early 1994, when defendant Shu Liang wiped out the conscription office in Nanchang County, taking advantage of his position, the defendant Shu Wensen introduced a total amount of RMB 404,000 bribe of young people of the same age. Defendant Shu Liang actually bribe money 235,000 yuan. Shu Liang sister received 64 young bribe, all enlisted.
