本文利用脂肪酸与有机醇合成了4种脂肪酸酯类化合物,同时测量了4种酯的理化指标。采用红外光谱对结构进行分析,并采用高频往复试验机HFRR考察了脂肪酸酯类化合物在超低硫柴油燃料中的摩擦学性能。结果表明:合成的长链脂肪酸酯抗磨剂能有效改善超低硫柴油燃料的润滑性能,润滑性能顺序大小为D>A>C>B;添加剂量300μg/g以上时,均能满足车用柴油对润滑性的要求,而对超低硫柴油燃料其他理化指标的影响不大。
In this paper, four kinds of fatty acid esters were synthesized from fatty acids and organic alcohols, and the physical and chemical indexes of four kinds of esters were measured. The structure was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The tribological properties of fatty acid esters in ULSD fuel were investigated by HFRR. The results showed that the synthetic long-chain fatty acid ester anti-wear agent can effectively improve the lubricating performance of ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel, the order of the lubricating properties is D> A> C> B; when the dosage is above 300μg / g, Diesel lubricity requirements, while the other low sulfur diesel fuel physical and chemical indicators have little effect.
