目的分析研讨调剂管理与药学监护在药房药品管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2013年2月期间实行常规药品管理的185例记录资料,将其设为对照组;收集2014年2月在药房药品管理中实行调剂管理与药学监护的185例记录资料,将其设为研究组。将两组取药等候时间、调剂时间、用药错误发生情况、药品盘点时间纳入对比研讨中。结果研究组患者的取药等候时间、调剂时间及药品盘点时间均比对照组短,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组用药错误率1.62%比对照组8.11%低,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将调剂管理与药学监护应用到药房药品管理中,可减少用药错误事件发生,有效缩短病人等候时间,从而提高药房工作效率,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of pharmacy management and pharmacy supervision in pharmacy drug management. Methods A total of 185 records of routine drug administration were randomly selected from February 2013 to December of 2013 and set as the control group. A total of 185 recorded records of pharmacy management and pharmacy administration were collected in February 2014, For the study group. The two groups taking medicine waiting time, adjusting time, the occurrence of medication errors, drug inventory time included in the comparative study. Results The study group patients taking drug waiting time, adjusting time and drug inventory time were shorter than the control group, the data between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); the study group medication error rate was 1.62% lower than the control group 8.11% Between the data was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is worth to popularize that dispensing management and pharmacy monitoring should be applied to pharmacy drug management to reduce the occurrence of medication errors and shorten patient waiting time effectively.
