当前大学英语听说教学模式改革成功的一个关键因素是学生能否从过去的依赖性学习顺利转变到自主性学习。本文通过鼓励学生写反思性日志记录学习过程以促使他们的学习从依赖走向独立。结果表明,写反思性日志对促进自主性学习有一定的成效,一个学期后学生学习的计划性、监控性和自我评估性有明显提高,但在学生的自主学习过程中老师的干预和指导是十分必要的。
