试验以改良802、合作906、赛棚F1 3个番茄品种为试验材料,设置50mmol/L、150mmol/L、250mmol/L、350mmol/L四个NaCl溶液浓度处理,测定番茄种子萌发的发芽势、发芽率等发芽指标及MDA含量等生理指标。比较不同浓度NaCl胁迫下对番茄种子萌发的影响。结果表明:3个番茄品种随NaCl浓度的增加,种子的发芽率、发芽势及活力指数、简化活力指数均呈下降趋势。赛棚F1的发芽率、活力指数等发芽指标的下降程度小于改良802、合作906。随NaCl浓度的增加,3个番茄品种的MDA含量均增加,根系活力不断下降。改良802和合作906的MDA含量增大程度大于赛棚F1。不同番茄品种的耐盐性以赛棚F1最强,改良802次之,合作906最弱。
In the experiment, three tomato varieties (modified 802, cooperative 906 and F1) were treated with four NaCl concentrations of 50 mmol / L, 150 mmol / L, 250 mmol / L and 350 mmol / L as test materials to determine the germination potential of tomato seeds.
