长航芜湖裕溪口作业区的装煤工人,在工作中经常接触含有游离二氧化硅的煤尘。我们于1980年6月对该地区运输线上各点,分别用滤膜进行粉尘采样(采样器型号鞍劳D-4型),以钼兰比色法测定其游离二氧化硅含量,结果各煤种的含量平均在8%左右。对煤矿尘肺分类问题,根据国内经验,主要以工种和游离二氧化硅含量的不同分为三类。据此,该区工人的尘肺拟属煤肺。由于煤块中仅含有少量的游离二氧化硅,故其在肺部引起的病变不同于矽肺。目
