钙调素依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ(Ca2+/CaM-dependentproteinkinaseⅡ;C2+/CaMPKⅡ)是钙调素的重要靶酶之一。目前研究认为缺氧缺血性脑损伤脑组织中该酶活性发生改变,并发现此酶对缺氧缺血性脑损伤极敏感。该酶的活性变化与神经元的损伤密切相关,可作为缺氧缺血性脑损伤的一个重要生化指标。
Calmodulin-dependent protein kinase Ⅱ (Ca2 + / CaMK2) is one of the important target enzymes of calmodulin. The current study suggests that changes in the enzyme activity in brain tissue of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage and found that this enzyme is extremely sensitive to hypoxic-ischemic brain damage. The activity of this enzyme is closely related to the damage of neurons and can be used as an important biochemical indicator of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage.
