1泄漏情况中山市某企业于2002年初投用一台型号为CB100-200美国进口锅炉,经过3年多的运行后,发现给水套管与锅筒连接处有漏水现象,对该部位进行UT、MT检测,发现漏水处缺陷为裂纹。该裂纹横断给水套管与锅筒的角焊缝,延长至锅筒约为22mm,裂纹呈放射状,给水套管位于锅炉水位线以下。2锅炉参数,结构基本情况该锅炉为卧式内燃干背式三回程燃油锅壳锅
