中心简介江苏省、南京市节能技术服务中心(简称节能中心)坐落于风景秀美的中山陵风景区旁,占地面积近十亩,房屋建筑面积近万平方米。1985年3月,经江苏省计划经济委员会、南京市人民政府批准,组建了江苏省、南京市节能技术服务中心。节能中心为差额拨款事业单位,实行两块牌子、一套机构,是具有独立法人资格的全民事业单位。党政关系隶属南京市经济和信息化委员会,业务上受江苏省、南京市经济和信息化委员会双重
