我市财政部门为切实解决农村财务管理混乱问题,规范农村财务活动,减轻农民负担,采取一系列改革措施,取得了一定的成绩。具体作法是:1、建立农村财务管理机构。市财政局成立“农村财务管理领导小组”,乡镇财政所联合经管站、审计所组成“农村财务管理指导站”,乡镇成立“财务管理活动中心”,各村成立“村民民主理财小组”,形成全市上下一盘棋的农材财务管理网络系统。
