每一位班主任老师,都希望自己的学生能遵守纪律,好好学习,德、智、体、美全面发展。但实际工作中,事实并非能如愿以偿。班里的学生中,往往有一少部分学生的学习成绩总是赶不上,有一部分学生存在思想问题、心理障碍,做出违反学校纪律的事等。这时班主任老师就必须义不容辞地承担起应有的责任,帮助学生纠正错误,健康成长。其中教师与学生直接交谈谈心是了解学生真实情况,解决问题的最有效方法。而交谈的“艺术”,则会促成目的达到,反之没有正确方法的交谈却只会引起学生的反感与惧怕,起到相反的作用。
Every teacher in charge of a class hopes that his students will abide by the discipline and learn well and make an all-round development of virtue, wisdom, body and beauty. However, in actual work, the facts are not fulfilled. Of the students in the class, there are often a small number of students whose academic performance can not keep up. Some students have ideological problems, psychological barriers, and violations of school discipline. At this time, the teacher in charge of the class must take the necessary responsibility to help students correct their mistakes and grow up healthily. Teachers and students who talk directly to understand the true situation of students, the most effective way to solve the problem. The “art” of conversation, however, will lead to the attainment of goals. Conversely, a conversation without the correct method will only arouse the students' resentment and fear and serve the opposite purpose.
