本文简要地论述了757向量机存储控制部件的结构、功能、工作方式及其一些独有的特点。为满足向量机功能设计方面的要求及提高机器速度及效率,存储控制部件设计采用了重叠流水,多通道分时工作、相关处理、变体读出等技术。存储器采用按模工作方式,为提高整机可靠性,采取了体切换、体切除及地址变换等措施。本文还介绍了存控部件的故障检测,存储器奇权码校验,以及指令级复执及寄存器站级复算。存控设有许多故障检测点,加上复算和复执功能,可以减少机器跳动所引起的故障损失,从而提高了机器的效率及可靠性。
This article briefly discusses the structure, function, working method and some unique features of 757 vector machine memory control unit.
