我们在反對美國帝國主義細菌戰的運動中已經取得了具有重大歷史意義的勝利。第一個勝利是美帝國主義的違反人道的罪行已被完全揭發;第二個勝利是美帝國主義企圖以細菌武器在朝鮮和中國造成瘟疫流行的陰谋已被完全粉碎。第一個勝利是由於我們進行了反細菌戰的研究工作,供給了揭發敵人罪行的真慿實據;第二個勝利是由於我们發動了爱國衛生運動。
We have won a historic victory in the campaign against the germ warfare of the American imperialists. The first victory was that the crimes of U.S. imperialism that were humanitarian crimes had been completely uncovered. The second victory was the complete smash of the conspiracy by the U.S. imperialists to attempt a plague epidemic in North Korea and China with bacteriological weapons. The first victory was due to our research on anti-bacterial warfare, which provided the true evidence of the enemy’s crimes. The second victory was due to the patriotic health campaign that we launched.
