把约氏结置于腔体内观察到了波长一毫米的幅射。证明了约氏结具有微波负阻效应的依据,并为约氏结作反射式参量放大提供了依据,看到的参量振荡与腔体谐振频率一致(1.1~2mm之间)。这个反射频率与 V=2ev/h 所给频率不同,因此不能简单认为振荡起因于交流约氏效应。对电阻性并联结,当结偏压刚好低于腔体感应阶梯时对足够大的并联电容结,当结偏压刚好高于脏体感应阶梯时,我们发展了预言微波负阻的理论。作者的观察结果,与理论一致。
The Yoshimitsu junction cavity was observed in the radiation of a millimeter. It is proved that Yoshimitsu has the basis of microwave negative resistance effect and provides a basis for Yoshinobu's reflection amplification. The parametric oscillations are consistent with the resonance frequency of the cavity (between 1.1 and 2 mm). This reflection frequency is different from that given by V = 2ev / h, so it can not be simply assumed that the oscillation is due to the AC Joule effect. For resistive parallel junctions, when the junction bias is just below the cavity sensing step, a sufficiently large parallel capacitance junction is developed. When the junction bias is just above the body sensing step, we have developed a theory that predicts negative microwave resistance. The author's observations, consistent with the theory.
