为了全面掌握国有粮食购销企业执行顺价销售政策的情况,研究解决当前存在的主要问题,促进粮食流通体制改革深入开展,确保粮食收购资金贷款实现持续稳定的封闭运行,总行于8月份对黑龙江、吉林、河北等9个省18个县粮食顺价销售情况进行了调查。现将调查的情况报告如下:一、当前粮食顺价销售中存在的问题从总体上看,今年1-7月份粮食销售不畅的总体趋势仍没有改观。主要表现在以下几个方面:(一)粮食顺价销售数量依然偏低。从调查的情况来看,1-7月份粮食顺价销售数量基本上呈逐月下滑的态势,特别是进入5、6月份粮食顺价销售数量出现大幅度下滑。18个县1-7月份共顺价销售商品粮食11.34亿斤、月平均销售1.62亿斤,分月情况:1月份2.28亿斤、2月份1.09亿斤、3月份2.32亿斤、4月份2.23亿斤、5月份1.34亿斤、6月份0.93亿斤、7月
