Philosophical Story: After Germany experienced several inflationary attacks in the 1980s, a tobacco company called Wolfgang discovered that Marlboro cigarettes, which sold forged a mark of 4.2 marks, have become unprofitable. He had thought of raising tobacco Retail price, but afraid of customers temporarily unacceptable. Just as Wolf waited for the question, he occasionally went shopping and overheard the talk of two housewives. The same two sets of teacups, Wolfgang, found that on the two issues of price and quantity, the two housewives seemed more willing to buy fewer but lower priced items. And so on, is it more acceptable to consumers if they directly reduce the number of Marlboro packages at the same price?
