新湖中宝7月2日将通过网上、网下两种方式发行14亿无担保公司债。这将是上交所以信用方式发行的第一单公司债,也是国内第二家获准发行公司债的上市地产企业。
Xinhu Zhongbao July 2 will be issued online and offline two ways to issue 1.4 billion unsecured corporate bonds. This will be the first single corporate bond issued by the SSE on credit and the second listed real estate enterprise allowed to issue corporate bonds in China.
