我院自1988年10月至1990年12月期间共行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)100例,随访2月～2年,随访率达80％,与其它术式相比,有一定的优越性。临床资料患者年龄最小52岁最大91岁,平均68.2岁。因急、慢性尿潴留住院手术占81％,因尿频、尿急明显手术者占15％,血尿占4％。伴膀胱结石2例、高血压病18例、心脏病29例、肺气肿8例、肺结核5例。BPHⅠ度26例,Ⅱ度60例,Ⅲ度14例。电切时间20～90分钟,平均63分钟。切除组织重量5～90克,平均31.1克。灌洗液用量5000ml～35000ml,平均用量
