1 临床资料输尿管开口异位症临床较少见,我们收治7例,均为女性。8个月者1例,2、3、5、7、9、11岁各1例。重肾双输尿管畸形伴单一输尿管开口异位5例,单肾单一输尿管开口异位2例。5例重肾双输尿管畸形中,2例异位输尿管引流肾脏表现为肾盂积水,3例表现为肾发育不良。4例行半肾切除,3例行全肾切除。2 讨论小儿输尿管开口异位系一先天性泌尿系畸形。输尿管开口异位症的诊断:即成泡尿并滴尿。体检
