〔目的〕为了更好地预防和控制甲型H1N1流感,阻断疫情的传播,并为下一阶段传染病的预防控制工作提供科学依据。〔方法〕对2009年5—7月皇岗口岸入境人员采用红外热成像体温监测系统检测体温、口岸现场医学巡查、健康申报等技术方法进行甲型H1N1流感的医学排查,并对结果进行统计分析。〔结果〕红外热成像体温监测系统是皇岗口岸对入境人员进行甲型H1N1流感医学排查采用的主要技术手段,发挥了关键作用,但其也存在着一定的系统误差,并受到环境的影响;医学巡查可以有效提高传染病检出率,是口岸开展传染病医学排查工作的重要补充方法。〔结论〕应对红外体温监测设备进行不断地改进和升级,提高其监测的准确性;同时进一步发挥医学巡查的积极作用,将高科技手段与传统做法相结合,从而提高传染病的检出率,保护国人的健康安全。
[Objective] To provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza A (H1N1), stop the spread of the epidemic, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the next phase. [Methods] Medical investigation of influenza A (H1N1) was conducted on the entry of Huanggang staff from May to July in 2009 by using infrared thermography and temperature monitoring system to detect body temperature, port medical inspection and health declaration, and the results were statistically analyzed . [Results] The infrared thermography temperature monitoring system was the main technical means used by the Huanggang Station to carry out the medical investigation of the influenza A (H1N1) influenza in entry workers. It played a key role in the medical investigation of the H1N1 influenza. However, it also had some systematic errors and was influenced by the environment. Medical inspections can effectively improve the detection rate of infectious diseases, which is an important complement to port medical investigation of infectious diseases. [Conclusion] The infrared temperature monitoring equipment should be continuously improved and upgraded so as to improve the accuracy of its monitoring. At the same time, it should give full play to the active role of medical inspections and combine high-tech means with traditional practices to improve the detection rate of infectious diseases, Protect the health and safety of the countrymen.
