师范英语教育与社会需求脱节,国外的交替式合作教学实验对师范英语教育解决这一问题是可借鉴的:教师社会化、合作教育实验和中小学的科研。这三点运用于师范英语教育,势必促进学生的学习和实践、教师的教学和科研、学校教育和社会需要相结合,即可提高学生的就业竞争力,也可推动学校的教学改革和发展。
Normal English education and social needs out of touch, foreign cooperation in teaching experiments on alternative English education to solve this problem can learn from: socialization of teachers, cooperative education experiments and primary and secondary scientific research. These three points are applied to normal English education. It is bound to promote students ’learning and practice. Teachers’ teaching and research, school education and social needs can be combined to improve the employment competitiveness of students and to promote the teaching reform and development in schools.
