用有限元方法优选等速万向节外套缩径工序的预成形件的形状和尺寸，并给出了预成形件的变形过程图。用工艺试验验证了有限元计算结果的正确性。同时作出了不同车型外套的预成形件关键尺寸参考曲线。
The finite element method is used to optimize the shape and size of the preform in the reduction process of the constant velocity universal joint sleeve and the deformation process of the preform is given.
