本文是对铬钨锰钢进行碳化物细化处理和不均匀奥氏体淬火的试验研究结果。用定量金相分析方法研究了碳化物的形态、大小和分布情况,并测定了处理钢的主要机械性能。结果表明,碳化物细化处理和不均匀奥氏体淬火是提高铬钨锰等高碳钢强韧性的有效途径。
In this paper, the results of the experimental study on carbides refinement and non-uniform austenite quenching of chrome tungsten-manganese steel are presented. The morphology, size and distribution of carbides were investigated by quantitative metallographic analysis and the main mechanical properties of the treated steels were determined. The results show that the carbide refinement and uneven austenite quenching are effective ways to improve the toughness of high carbon steels such as chrome tungsten manganese.
