为切实加强处方管理,建立和完善我院处方评价制度,提高处方质量,规范医疗行为,促进合理用药,确保医疗安全,根据卫生部《处方管理办法》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、《医院处方点评管理制度》等有关规定的要求,我院制定了门诊处方及住院医嘱点评考核方案,并据此开展处方点评工作。我院临床药学室临床药师负责审核处方用药的合理性,本文就临床药师在处方点评工作中发现的问题进行汇总分析。1资料与方法资料来源于我院2014年1~12月由门急诊发放执行的
In order to effectively strengthen the prescription management, establish and improve the prescribing evaluation system in our hospital, improve the quality of prescriptions, standardize the medical behaviors, promote the rational use of medicines and ensure the medical safety. According to the “Administrative Measures on the Prescriptions” of the Ministry of Health, “Guiding Principles for the Clinical Application of Anti- Hospital prescription review management system ”and other relevant requirements, our hospital developed outpatient prescriptions and hospital doctor’s advice assessment program, and accordingly carry out prescription reviews.
