目的保留和扩大大学生无偿献血队伍。方法分析献血者发生献血反应的原因,在2008年度对大学生集体献血者进行心理干预并实施相应的防护措施。结果较上一年度的献血反应发生率明显下降。结论认真分析大学生集体献血时的心理特点及各种相关因素,及时作出相应的防御措施,可以显著降低献血反应的发生率,从而稳定了献血者的队伍。
Purpose To preserve and expand the unpaid blood donation team of college students. Methods To analyze the causes of blood donation reaction in blood donors. In 2008, psychological intervention was carried out on college students blood donors and corresponding protective measures were implemented. The result was significantly lower than that of the previous year. Conclusions A careful analysis of the psychological characteristics of college students when donating blood collectively and various related factors, and timely making corresponding defensive measures can significantly reduce the incidence of blood donation reactions and thus stabilize the blood donors’ ranks.
