采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对黑马铃薯中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、K、Mg和Na 8种微量元素进行了分析测定。在选定的测定条件下,黑马铃薯中各元素间相互干扰小,对测定结果无明显影响。方法的校准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.9973—0.9999),方法回收率(n=7)在97.5%—100.3%之间,RSD值(n=7)在1.16%—2.76%之间。黑马铃薯中K、Ca、Mg含量较高,研究结果为合理开发黑马铃薯资源提供了可靠依据。
The contents of trace elements Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ca, K, Mg and Na in black potato were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Under the selected assay conditions, the mutual interference between the various elements in black potato is small, no significant effect on the determination results. The calibration curves showed good linearity (r = 0.9973-0.9999). The recoveries (n = 7) ranged from 97.5% to 100.3%, and RSD values (n = 7) ranged from 1.16% to 2.76%. The content of K, Ca, Mg in black potato is higher, and the results provide a reliable basis for the rational development of black potato resources.
