体育教学中,“学的规律”是“教的规律”的基础。从学生内在的心理因素去分析技术动作的教学与掌握,是当前体育心理学研究的主要倾向。随着认知心理学的崛起,体育教学认知论随之出现,并趋据体育教学心理学说的主导地位。对体育教学认知论的探讨,有助于人们认识技能形成中学生内部活动的规律,改变传统的教学观念和方法,引进新的符合学生心理活动规律和认知方式的教学方法,缩短动作技能学习的时间和练习次数,以提高体育教学的效果。
