一随着教育改革的不断深化，学校的教学改革日益成为学校教育改革的核心。而教学改革的核心主题又是课程的改革，也就是教学内容改革。改革的根本目标是全面适应社会主义现代化建设对人的素质的新要求。然而，现代化建设到底对人的素质有哪些新要求，这是一个众说纷坛的问题。
