组织价值观是软制度因素和硬制度因素的粘合剂,它对于一个组织来说能够使得组织成员通过自我监督与调节,最大限度地与组织保持一致,从而保持组织活动的有效性。在公共行政中为使价值观内化为成员的行为指南,价值观的培育就显得尤为重要。本文通过调研分析并结合相关借鉴,探索新时期我国公务员公共服务价值观的培育路径,以期为我国公共服务型政府的建设提供软制度支撑。
Organizational values are the glue of soft system and hard system. It is an organization that enables the members to maintain their organizational activities by self-monitoring and adjustment, maximizing the consistency with the organization. In the public administration to make the value of internalized as a member of the behavioral guidelines, the cultivation of values is particularly important. Through research and analysis and reference, this paper explores the path of nurturing the values of public service in China in the new era, with a view to providing soft institutional support for the construction of public service-oriented government in our country.
