豊田工机公司最近开发出不使用冷却液的磨削技术,应用在自制的CNC外圆磨床上,积累了实际应用经验。该项技术是以-30℃的冷空气代替传统的冷却。它能减少冷却液相关费用、回收切屑和改善作业环境。 改善环境的新技术 金属加工中所用的冷却液,因具有润滑、冷却和清洗等作用,可获得良好的加工表面,延长刀具寿命和提高加工效率。 在加工现场所用的大部分水溶性冷却液,含有对人体有害的硫黄、磷、氯等添加剂。由于水溶性这一性质,可以提高润滑(与冷却比作用较小)的作用。事实上,冷却液的使用效果还是好的。
Kawada Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. recently developed a non-use of coolant grinding technology used in self-made CNC cylindrical grinder, the accumulation of practical experience. The technology is the cold at -30 ℃ instead of the traditional cooling. It reduces coolant related costs, recycles chips and improves working conditions. New technologies for improving the environment The coolant used in metalworking, thanks to lubrication, cooling and cleaning, gives a good working surface, prolongs tool life and increases machining efficiency. Most of the water-soluble coolant used in the processing site contains sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine and other additives harmful to the human body. Due to the nature of water solubility, the effect of lubrication (with less effect on cooling ratio) can be enhanced. In fact, the use of coolant is still good.
