梨茎蜂俗称折梢虫、剪枝虫、剪头虫等,属膜翅目、茎蜂科,分布在中国各梨产区,是梨树主要害虫之一。主要为害梨,也为害棠梨等。一年发生一代,多以老熟幼虫在被害枝内越冬。3月上旬化蛹,下旬为化蛹盛期,4月间羽化梨新梢大量抽出为产卵盛期,幼虫为害至6~7月份先后老熟,掉转身体,头部向上做茧休眠。
