固定资本形成不仅影响当年度的经济表现,长远亦会调整产业结构,进而改变整体的经济发展方向。其中对于营建工程的资本支出显示民间与政府综合的建设投资,表现经济实力的扎根紧密度,故本文将探讨固定资本形成之营建工程建设投资对台湾经济产出GDP表现的影响关系:藉由建立ECM模型、分界点检定与G ranger因果检定对影响关系作深入且完整的分析探讨,以厘清社会分歧的看法,并提供未来经贸发展策略与方向的参考。
The formation of fixed capital not only affects the economic performance of the current year, but also will adjust the industrial structure in the long run and thus change the overall direction of economic development. Among them, the capital expenditure for construction projects shows the comprehensive construction investment between the private sector and the government and its solidarity with economic strength. Therefore, this article will discuss the impact of investment in the construction of fixed capital projects on the performance of Taiwan’s economic output by: ECM model, the cut-off point test and the Granger causality test to make an in-depth and complete analysis and discussion, in order to clarify the views of social disagreement and provide reference for future economic and trade development strategies and directions.
