嘉兴统筹城乡发展、推进城乡一体化工作,始终凝聚着各级领导的亲切关怀和悉心指导。1998年,江泽民同志在嘉兴发出了沿海发达地区要率先基本实现农业农村现代化的号召。2004年,习近平同志在嘉兴进行为期4天的专题蹲点调研,明确要求我市在统筹城乡发展、推进城乡一体化方面走在前列。2008年4月,省委、省政府站在战略和全局的高度,将嘉兴列为了三大省级综合配套改革试点区之一。
Jiaxing urban and rural development overall planning to promote urban-rural integration work, has always condensed the cordial care leaders at all levels and careful guidance. In 1998, Comrade Jiang Zemin issued a call in Jiaxing that the developed coastal areas should take the lead in basically realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. In 2004, Comrade Xi Jinping carried out a four-day special investigation in Jiaxing, clearly requiring the municipality to take the lead in coordinating urban and rural development and promoting urban-rural integration. In April 2008, the provincial party committee and the provincial government stood at the strategic and overall level, listing Jiaxing as one of the three pilot provinces comprehensive reform projects.
