1994~1996年用5个K型小麦不育系与7个恢复系进行不完全双列杂交,研究杂交小麦灌浆特性的杂种优势及最终粒重与各灌浆参数间的关系。结果表明,第1灌浆阶段,杂交种普遍表现出持续期的正优势,灌浆速率的负优势,干物质积累量不同组合则优势表现不同;第2阶段,持续期大都表现为负优势,速率和干物质积累量杂种间差异较大;优势变异最广泛的是第3阶段,无论是持续期、速率,还是干物质积累量都如此。杂交种最终粒重受各种灌浆速率的影响较大,而受持续期的影响较小,以第2阶段干物质积累量g2的直接贡献最大。
In 1994-1996, 5 K type wheat sterile lines and 7 restorer lines were used for incomplete diallel crossing to study the heterosis and the relationship between the final grain weight and the grain filling parameters of hybrid wheat. The results showed that during the first filling stage, the hybrids showed the positive positive duration and negative filling rate, while the dry matter accumulation showed different superiority in different combinations. In the second stage, most of the durations showed negative dominance, Dry matter accumulation varies widely among hybrids; the most dominant variable is Stage 3, both in duration, rate, and dry matter accumulation. The final grain weight of hybrids was greatly affected by the filling rate, but was less affected by the duration, and the direct contribution of the second stage dry matter accumulation g2 was the largest.
