利用射线杀菌新技术在世界各国发展很快,目前有近70家医药用品消毒工厂。预计发达国家八十年代辐射消毒将成为主要的消毒方法,占整个消毒量的60%以上。一些发展中国家和地区也非常重视这种新技术。但在我国医用肠线的生产还是应用油浴灭菌法。此法劳动强度大、能源消耗多、生产周期长。为改变这种状况,我们研究了应用γ射线灭菌的新工艺。核辐射消毒法的优点是:1.杀菌消毒彻底。γ射线具有很强的穿透力,在一定条件下能杀死各种微生物。2.可以在常温下消毒,是有效的冷杀菌方法,特别适用于热敏材料,如生物制品、塑料制品等。3.不破坏包装,消毒用品可长期保存,用前不必再消毒,随时都可使用。4.处理速度快,操作简便,可连续作业。
