关于“东北振兴”的话题已经喊了很多年,也努力了很多年,但如今的东北经济却依然不振,甚至愈发萎靡。很多人都在围绕着同一个问题在寻找各自的答案:东北经济到底怎么了?说东北之前,先来看一组最新的数据:2016年上半年,我国31省份GDP增速排名中,吉林以6.7%的增速排名第24位,黑龙江5.7%排名29,辽宁-1%排名倒数第一。固定资产投资增速排名与之如出一辙;工业增加值增速排名,吉林第21位,黑龙江第26位,辽宁-7.7%排名倒数第一;人均可支配收入增速排名,吉林26位,黑龙江29位,辽宁第30位。
