机械炉排锅炉炉渣含碳量高,超出国家规定的要求。我们在对辽宁省五金公司仓库、沈阳市邮政局大修厂等单位六台燃煤锅炉的改造中,改装水平逆推往复炉排,将原炉排末端一排固定炉排,增为两排或三排。即将末端固定炉排长度加长一倍或两倍,在运行中,对降低炉渣含碳量产生明显效果。经过改造后热工测试及化验分析,省五金公司仓库锅炉炉渣含碳量为4.16%,市邮政局大修厂为8.25%,市汽车三公司一队为4.91%,其他也都在10%以下。过去这些锅炉都因种种原因不好烧而停止运行。在改造中,除因有其它原因使炉渣含碳量降低外,有一处过去有明显区别的是加长了炉排末端固定炉排长度。改造前末端只有一排固
