目的：探讨人乳头瘤病毒与泌尿系肿瘤关系。方法：用ＰＣＲ检测５０例膀胱癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒的感染情况。结果：ＨＰＶ１６、１８型检测阳性率１０％，ＨＰＶ通用型（即６、１１、１６、１８、３１、３３）检测阳性率６０％。其感染与病理分级无关。结论：多型别混合感染是膀胱癌的病因之一 Objective: To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus and urinary tumor. Methods: The infection of human papillomavirus in 50 cases of bladder cancer was detected by PCR. Results: The positive rate of HPV16, 18 was 10%. The positive rate of HPV was 60%. The infection has nothing to do with the pathological grade. Conclusion: Multi-type mixed infection is one of the causes of bladder cancer
