作者用电极测定方法,观察不同氢高于浓度(pH)及不同浓度氟化物对牙釉质摄氟量的影响,以进一步探索氟化物的作用机理。实验用小牛牙制作试件,每牙分成块,分别用含2.7%NaF,pH4的酸性凝胶;2.7%NaF,pH7的中性凝胶;1%NaF,pH7的中性凝胶和空白凝胶处理,按McCann法测釉质内三层氟化物含量,用原子吸收分光光度计测酸蚀后釉质的溶出量。结果表明,经各组氟化物处理后釉质内层氟含量增加,提示有氟化物摄入;在同一氟浓度时,酸性氟化物使釉质摄入的氟比中性氟化物多;在相同pH时。高浓度氟凝胶使釉质摄入的氟比低浓度多。提示适当降低pH、提高氟浓度可增加氟制剂的防龋效果。
