各省、自治区、直辖市高级人民法院、人民检察院,解放军军事法院、军事检察院:近一时期,各级人民法院、人民检察院依法严肃惩处了一批严重受贿犯罪分子,取得了良好的社会效果。但是还有一些大肆拉拢、腐蚀国家工作人员的行贿犯罪分子却没有受到应有的法律追究,他们继续进行行贿犯罪,严重危害了党和国家的廉政建设。为依法严肃惩处严重行贿犯罪,特作如下通知:
Higher People’s Courts, People’s Procuratorates, Military Courts and Military Procuratorates of All Provinces, Autonomous Regions and Municipalities directly under the Central Government: In recent period, people’s courts and people’s procuratorates at various levels have severely punished a number of criminals who have taken bribes and have achieved good social effects. However, there are still some unscrupulous criminals who wantonly get over and corrupt national staff but have not been investigated for their due laws. They continue to commit crimes of bribery and seriously endanger the building of an honest and clean government at the party and the state.
