被告人王新国,男,34岁,捕前系山东省兴山矿务局工人,1996年1月7日被捕。被告人张保军,男,31岁,无业,1996年6月3日被捕。被告人苑兆林,男,27岁,农民,1997年1月16日被捕。被告人崔庆超,男,23岁,农民,1997年5月26日被捕。被告人高德勇,男,24岁,农民,1997年6月12日被捕。被告人曹潘震,男,30岁,农民,1997年9月11日被山东省阳谷县人民法院以流氓罪判处有期徒刑7年。被告人亓德秀,男,47岁,农民,1997年9月29日被山东省阳谷县人民法院以故意伤害罪判处有期徒刑7年。1997年9月26日,涉嫌故意伤害的山东省阳谷县金斗营乡农民孙建英在阳谷县看守所第九监室被同室在押犯殴打致死。1997年9月27日阳谷县公安局立案侦查,后移送阳谷县检察院审查起诉。起诉意见书认定:被告人张保军、崔庆超、高德勇、苑兆林于1997年9月23日至26日多次对同监室在押犯孙建英进行殴打致死,构成故意伤害致死罪;此外,上述被告人还分
The defendant Wang Xinguo, male, 34, was arrested on January 7, 1996 as a former worker of Xingshan Mining Bureau of Shandong Province. Defendant Zhang Baojun, male, 31 years old, unemployed, arrested on 3 June 1996. Defendant Yuan Zhaolin, male, 27 years old, farmer, arrested on January 16, 1997. On September 26, 1997, Sun Jianying, a farmer from Jindouying Township, Yanggu County, Shandong Province, suspected of being intentionally wounded, was beaten to death by a prisoner in custody in the ninth supervision room of the Yanggu County Detention Center. September 27, 1997 Yanggu County Public Security Bureau for investigation, after the transfer to Yanggu County Procuratorate for examination and prosecution.
